I bought this Samsung Lcd LN40C610, which is 1080p and 120hz. A lot of time when i turn my PS3 on or some T.V. Channel on or a Blu-Ray on it will show sometimes 1080p and other times 720p. Also sometimes it will show 60hz and sometimes 24hz. I don't remember it ever showing 120hz Why is this...

...Lights.? I want to install HID lights in my Toyota Sienna 2000 XLE, but Have Daylight Running Lights. IS there a special instrument i have to buy? Disconnect something? OR NOTHING HAS TO BE DONE? Just regual HID kit? Any Answers would be great. Thanx
