Just upgraded my Samsung Moment to 2.1 (yay!). I am trying to decide on a messaging app. I previously had ChompSMS but was considering Handcent? Which one is better? Or does the messenger for 2.1 make up for what was lacking in 1.5?

Try downloading a different app from the Android Market place to do your SMSing. I use ChompSMS and SMSpop-up. Both apps are free.

What happens if you have a credit on your account with Sprint but you do a transfer of liablity to join your spouse's account? Does sprint close your account and send you a check or does the account credit simply transfer to the other account?

My vote would be for the HERO, it has a better camera (5.0 mega pixel vs. 3.0 on the spyder 2) and the android operating system is customizable and fun. There are lots of free apps. If you are looking for a phyiscal keyboard then you will have to go with the Spyder 2.

I just make my own using the ringdroid app. Once the ringtone is made it give me an option for how I want to use it. On the app you downloaded you may have to press down on the title of the ringtone to get the option list of where to put it.

There are tons of things that a person can do and end up in jail for a year. It is hard to say. If you are really that nosey, try going to the Clerk of Courts and looking in the pubic records. Most crime dispositions are public records anyway.
