    Are there any FREE programs out there that are similar to Paint Shop Pro X?

    I unlocked my version the max number of times and the version is obsolete now anyway. Is there something similar that I could use? I like to manipulate graphics, make website banners, etc.

    If someone wanted to put on an ice-skating show using music from Disney movies does

    it violate copyright laws? If so, is there any way to get permission to use their music or what needs to be done? The show will be free and less than an hour.
