I make old bottles, liquor bottles, into bongs. I don't smoke, it started as an art project. now people want to buy them. if I sell them as intended, as pieces of art, can I get into legal trouble? legitimate help is appreciated, thank you

by selling a bong a piece of art, does this enter it into a legal loop hole? for example, a piece of Bong Art made from a liquor bottle, Smirfnoff, Jack Daniels, etc. because of the fact that it's a piece of art, does this stop the liquor companies from being able to sue you?

these are old liquor bottles that have been turned into Bong Art. they're created to be art, can they be sold on facebook? if not facebook, craigslist? thank you for your help!
