    Best way to make a garden more private?

    I can't put high fences up as we are renting, but I like to sunbathe in my garden without the feeling of being watched! and the wall is really quite low and the lads over the other side of the wall are in there garden pretty much all day. any ideas? I was thinking of putting a gazebo up.
