...anyone help me? How do I make an image into a link on paint? I really need to know how..can anyone help me?

I have recently been wanting to make layouts and things using photoshop. I don't have it on my computer and I was wondering if I had to download it.Also could someone please give me the correct site to use it from? Because I have found many different photoshop websites. Thank you :D
