    i cant join parties and voice chat wont work on xbox live?

    sup people? i live in libya and im playing xbox 360 live and i was having some sorta problems to join parties even voice chat dont work lately i read more about somthing called port and some guys told me to change my port but i couldn't find the settings to get it worked ...so i hope to find...
