hello i took my medicin at 7 pm and now its 2:34 am and i am very nasiuos and my tummy hurts. i threw up but it tasted like as if you chewed medicin that nasty poison taste. why did m y medicin not get digested or do i have some bad case acid

i have sever anxiety and panic disorder and will not take med anymore because if i do i will have to take them forever. Is there anyway to boost Serotonin naturally. i exercise 20 min a day and no caffeine. i also don't do good with breathing technics and imagery
