i just had a stereo installed by Best buy A couple of hours later the car died, I had a friend jump start it and drove it home. I put in a new alternator and battery the car started but then the headlights started to go dim. ???? what could be worng??? Oh ya my car is a 1996 Nissan Altima

cant find it but it says it has one why does the stereo its self have a CD button but no where to put the CD in ? anyone?anyone?
