so i have a qualifying plan for att alist the ting is that i want to know if i have 3 lines does each number get 10 free numbers or is ti combined

i got a palm pro from sprint and it freezes at random time like when i get a text message or like when i try to make a call or internet but sometimes. and the center button i have to click it like 5 times for it work. how can i fix this
