I think it is because it looks like Andy is wearing the same shirt as when she and Traci are in the women's locker room with the leopard print hooker shirt.

I kind of wonder if maybe it isn't Gail who says something to Sam that might make him back off. So far she is the only one who suspects there is an attraction between Andy and Sam. With her connections might she nrabroad hint that she could spoil any chance of Sam getting a sprabroad on Guns...

I think they are the same episode - it looks like Sam gets bitten by the dog and his arm is bandaged. That's probably why he leaves the scene and when Traci leaves Andy ends up alone with the gunman in the house. In the ABC promo you can see his arm is bandaged when he and Gail are in the car...

The only new detail is that Sam declares the house cleared and he and Gail leave. He's nrabroad going to be happy with himself when he finds out the gunman is in the house and Andy's alone.
