    Format Flash drive to NTFS?

    It's not an option because it shouldn't be; leaving the drive as FAT32 should allow cross-plassform compatibility among Windows, Mac and Linux. There's bound to be a way but it would turn your drive into a PC only drive.

    Virtual Memory is the Windows cache file. It indicates your computer is using your hard drive as emergency RAM. Go to crucial.com, scan your computer, find what type of ram works with it. Get $50, buy at least 1GB and open your comp and install it.
