    say i bought a lg enV touch off of ebay and i go into verizon wireless and replace it with my old phone, (activate it) will i get charged for data?! i was just wondering because i want to urgrade from my enV 2!!! please help! :)

    lets say if you have a phone at home that has data if you bought it in the store , if you go and just activate that phone would you still have to pay the data?
