What if I lost my tmobile phone and i think i hav a warranty. The tmobile site states that i have a warranty for 12 months after receipt and im only @ 10 months now. Questions: Do i have to pay for another one if i do have a warranty? Nd if so, how much? Does warranty count if you lost it?

I went on to tmobile website, but idk.. The contract started 10 months ago, and I lost my phone. Will I get a free replacement? is warranty a insurance? so... and if i want to get a replacement phone, do i need to pay?
