I have a blackberry storm and I have to use the battery pull method to turn it on. It goes through the hourglass and what not and turns on for literally ten seconds then shuts off and I can't turn it on without battery pull my red disconnect button doesn't seem to work How can I fix this, please!?

15 year old travelling on Saturday 13th November from Banbury train station to Covent Garden. I have no idea what the closest train to Covent Garden is and would like to keep it as cheap and simple as possible. (only change if necessary and need enough time to find my way around) PLEASE help...

...Covent Garden by tube? not sure if any of this is necessary but travelling on 13th November about 9:30am. also, i am getting a train to London Marylebone before getting the tube, when i get off the first train, where the hell do i go?!
