my bluetooth on my mac will not turn on. i have opened the preference and clicked on the checkbox that has "on" next to it, and the checkmark will flash on then off. this is only with one click. does anyone know how to fix this?

I know that to find the cross-price elasticity of demand its the percentage change in quantity demanded of one good divided by the percentage change in price of another good. the book, the teacher, and the interenet program do not say how to find these percentages. anyone want to help...
