    I received a notice of levy writ of execution (money judgement) from my old apartment building.?

    I broke the lease, because I lost my job etc. and ended up agreeing when to move. I year later and 1 month working, I receive a Notice of Levy on any all accounts, safe deposit boxes, etc. Is that legal?

    I have a car title loan 3 mts late on payments,they gave 24 hours to respond before they repossess my car.?

    Three hours after I received the 24 hours notice they came and repossessd my car. What are my rights regarding this matter since they did not give me the 24 hours indicated in the FINAL NOTICE.
