    Im going to Navy boot camp in January and I cant past my run! Out of breath

    after 1 lap.? I am out of shape but have been doing tae bo ultimate bootcamp everyday for the past 2 weeks. Will that help me. Please let me know what else i need to do to be ready for boot camp by jan 6.
