Ok, you can get the Hip-Top, but its REALLY expensive, and REALLY over-rated, trust me, all my friends have Hip-Top's and the hate them, the interface is crummy and it's just awful, if you want to txt lots, get on Optus $30 prepaid, you get $300 worth of credit and unlimited access to Youtube...

I dont mean a REAL OS that you boot up with and such, but like a game that has the appearance of an OS sort of like the ones on Newgrounds, and if so is their any tutorials?

ok so basically, i took my DVD drive out of my PC (i didn't replace it) and now i cant boot!!!! i just says select boot device and press any key or something to that effect, how can i boot back to my HD?
