Yes you have legal recourse, I am going through the same but in my case I had storage unit that I got behind in because of loss of job, I asked the co to help me extent my payments, what I got was an employee asking for sexual favors in lieu of paying my bill, Its called sexual discrimination...

I have about ten credit cards, but most of them I stop using due to change of terms of gifts, etc, now most of them are closed by the company because of lack of use. What can I do to clear out the closed accounts? Because I want to apply for another credit card that offers what I want in return...
