I got a call from the number "202" and that was it. I didn't answer because I obviously don't know what it was. I know 202 is the area code for the DC area but I it didn't have a phone number after it, just simply "202". Does anybody know what it is or how they got my number?

I don't know what that's called so I'm not able to find my answer, but the kind of manila color box that appears when you put the cursor over images sometimes is what I'm talking about. How would you make that say what you want? Okay maybe this will help, maybe not. I'm not wanting anything to...
