    How much exercise do I need each day?

    Excersize for 1 hour and 10 mins each day. Eat a balenced diet with your 5 a day in it. Stretch before and after you excersize. Don't break the routine you get in otherwise your body won't cope with the excersizing In 48 days you should have lost 21 pounds.
