    Is it okay just to cleanse once a day ? and toning question?

    What platform system should we buy my 13 yr old (Wii, XBOX or PS3)?

    We're all chipping in to buy a family platform but she'll be the one who plays it the most , so what are some pros and cons and which one would you reccomend ? :) And Xbox 360 or kinect?
