i want them to be blue, so how do i do this?

i installed leds under the dash, new headunit, speakers, and sub, tinted back 2 windows...i want to change the color of the lights of my spedemoter cluster but i don't know how, and

me and my friend are at an impasse...its dark blue with chrome tailpipe, pinstripe, 2.5 tinted windows, and blue leds under dash and gonna be under front seats...is it a chick car?

did before. it sounds like? if i hit whatever makes the noise it would fix it...any help?

is there any way to lower the rear passenger sides windows?
