Jeep Wrangler Just curious if lift kits have the option of coming with a lift kit or if those ALWAYS have to have an after-market one put on.

I'm at my wits end. I have a tank in my basement that is running about 60 degrees right now. My poor fish are freezing and the tank won't heat up. The light goes on occasionally, but the temp never seems to go up. The thing is cranked up to full, but I cannot seem to get it to get warmer...

Below the vent switches of my 2004 Jeep Wrangler, and next to the power inputs in front of the shifter, there is a small thing (box?) that juts out and has a smooth surface. It measures about 3" by 2" It does not open or move, or anything. What is its purpose?
