its dry and when i put moisturizer on it flakes everywhere i dont even have dry skin my skin can be quite oily before washint it and i use a cream cleanser to wash thingss up should i use jojoba oil? would i break out more?? whats a good face mask to prevent acne?? how do i prevent breakouts...

nobody wanted to talk to me beascially cuz i was looking ugly and i did wear foundation but it all showed through...... all the girls didnt have acne and their 13,14, and one was 16 their teens!!! and their skin is clear and im 17!!! ya its sad.. i did everything like went to the docotrs... etc...
