Does this game have DEDICATED SERVERS or HOSTED SERVERS like Modern Warfare 2?

Ok so i pre ordered Just Cause 2, two days ago iv got an email saying my money has been confirmed and everything, it been 2 days now and they haven't took the money out of my bank ,Why not?,should it usually take this long?

On windows media player i have accidentley joined my Linkin Park album with my Iron Maiden album and my Hollywood Undead album together.Is there anyway to take my iron maiden albums and my hollywood undead album out of my linkin park album. (if this makes any sense :S)
