I'm buying my first headset and I've decided on David Clarks. I noticed that on the headset I borrow now, there is only sound in one ear. Does this mean it's mono or is it just broken? If mono headsets have sound in one, then can I assume that stereo uses sound on both ears? I find it harder...

I'm a high school student (16) and I want to host an event where all of the students and community members can participate in planting trees on some open land. Can anyone help in making it a fun enjoyable experience for everyone who participates? Ideas?
