i've screen captured so many times but on accident, now when i actually want to screen capture i can't! how do i do it?

I have to sell it at a store because selling on ebay or anywhere else isn't an option. There isn't a "Half Price Books" anywhere near where I live. What are some stores that will buy? (it's Sims 3 btw)

I have sims 3 and it's been opened, but i've never installed it. Will they buy it?
