Ive always wanted to write songs and now im starting to,but there not very good. Any tips on how to make a song with MEANINGFUL lyrics?

Sometimes someone will say hi to me and if i try to talk and say hi or something it wont send. Rarely it sends,but it usually doesent... Oh and if i use the Pop-out chat one(the big chat screen) it works but its kinda a pain..
