I'm 18 female. I don't exercise a lot but I do like to do push ups a lot. And sometimes I jog. But I would basically say that I suck at working out haha.
Is working out 1 time a day good enough to lose weight?
How many days a week should a person work out?
So i have this problem.
When i ask my parents to buy healthy food, they get all of it. But then i dont know what to do with alot of it. like what to make with it.
So could you give me a list of healthy foods, and recipes to go along with it?
