my cat is weird she sticks her but in the air in front of my other male........but he is neutered and i wanted to know what the hell is going on but its not a stretch kinda way so im concerned.

Im trying to do college h.w. for my web page design class. However, when it says linking it does not work. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.
