    when buying a contract phone if you throw away the sim and just use the phone are you still in a contract?

    I was just wondering as many company's say contact payments begin when the product is connected, surely this means when you use the sim card and if the sim card is not used then you just get a free phone?

    Is my employer breaking the law?

    Not sure what state you live in. In my state you are suppose to get time for lunch (not sure of the amount) and one 15 minute break in the am and one 15 minute break in the pm. That is based off of a 40 hour work week, which would be considered full time.
