Have you ever heard in a contract that when your repossed car is sold at auction you are not entitled to have that difference subtracted off your balance because wells fargo collection services said I signed that in my contract anybody else have a case like this with wells fargo auto finance...

My car was repoed a year ago and sold at auction for more than I owed but this is still on my credit report and they wont take it off what can I do
