I downloaded some games on my pc but i can figure out where to put them and run them i tried using the file explore thing and opening them but that doesn't do anything it says you must run an app before using this file

Im getting a new sprint phone because my exclaim broke ( it just stoped working out of nowwhere -_- ) So i am going to be getting a new phone i dont know which one to get its price should be between 50-100 dollars
