How do I go about integrating a web template (either flash or html) into dreamweaver that I got off the net? Where I can change content etc then publish.

I just bought Modern Combat:Sandstorm by Gameloft, thinking I could play it online like NOVA, on my Android phone..but to find out I can only do it with local people...yet I dont know anyone else with this game.. Is there an update Im missing??? Because the Iphone versions has the full online...
