I'm not sure about that. Numbers indicate browsing activity on a smartphone is lower than than both text and email.

Actually what the Nokia CS rep told me is that in case of preorders they kinda test-authorize the amount every 10 days with the credit card company to make sure that the money will be available after they actually ship it.
