It wouldn't be political debate without confusion, it would just be normal debate. Politicians thrive on confusion, it's what makes them politicians. Same reason that accountants make accounting confusing, to keep themselves employed. (And lawyers).

It's quite a few k's for a turbo, but if it's non-turbo you should be fine. Either way make sure it's had a cambelt change, or factor the cost into buying it and get one done once it's yours.
