throat (strep)? What things would an ENT do for your throat (strep lets say) that a regular doctor could not do? Like do they poke at it, or anything different besides swab, and prescribe?

and i get dizzy? but my heart normally beats way faster than other peoples? but when i get up too quickly and then sit back down, my heart will beat really really slow. and when i exercise or get up i will get a headache that will last for a long time hours.

I have a very fast heart rate. Doctors don't know why. 3 years ago i had a sonogram/ekg and it came back normal. My chest will hurt really bad when running. If i do a little exercise my heart will beat really fast and it will take me a while to catch my breath, well i'm not out of breath, just...

...here's advice please!!!? I had gadolinium dye for mri contrast of brain on thursday. Thursday night my feet and lower legs felt numb and tingly. Now it's Sunday night and my legs hurt from the knee down into my ankle and feet. My wrists sometimes hurt. I do have this place on my low low back...
