have you installed any new programs recently if so remove them all if not really needed also run ccleaner to remove all traces of junk on your system what browser are you using if explorer get another one and try it but before you do be sure and restart your computer first. good luck

you can uninstall the version you currently have run ccleaner then check to see if there is a updated version of adobe flash player. make sure you download it from the website directly hope this helps
