Radio asking for Code on Honda Civic 2004?

If someone calls you from mexico to your verizon phone do they charge you?
Okay so i have unlimited calling on weekends and after 9pm on weekdays.. so if one of my friends from mexico calls me on saturday will verizon still charge me since the call if coming from mexico? Memory Card wont work on Verizon W755 phone please help best answer will be choosen:)?
I already formatted the card when I put it in the phone... and when i put it into my computer it read it and everything i put the music on there it worked out fine my music pulls up when i put it in my computer but then when i put it into the phone ..i dont flip it open i just use the music...
