first of all, spread your workouts so that they aren't always bunching up.
for e.g
Monday: 1 hour weight session and Ball skills
Tuesday: 25 minute jog and 100m sprints (because you are fullback you need speed so sprinting will be great)
Wednesday: Ball skills and Jogging
Thursday: Weights...
its the same system as 1st grade, 1v8, 2v7 etc etc
4v5 will play on friday night before 1st grade game at the same venue as 1st grade game
so i think it's tigers vs broncos in toyota cup for the 4th vs 5th
and it's storm vs eagles 4th vs 5th in 1st grade
both these games will be played on...
