Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that the Season 14 DVD set has all the episodes including 200 & 201. Bad News is that 201 is shown as it was originally broadcast, with all mentions of Muhammed and Kyle's speech bleeped.

They did a whole episode a couple of years back that was nothing but Indiana Jones being painfully raped and treated like an animal in the most graphic way possible for an animated TV-MA show...over and over and over again. Never saw Family Guy do anything like that.
