Was it only the v6 engine or were all models affected?

I'm trying to research whether or not the problem was isolated to the v6 models or was the whole line affected? Any insight? Do the v6 and the 4 cyl have different trannys?

Creeping up to 100k miles, rough ideas on parts/labor? I have no idea what i'm looking at and don't want to get screwed.
