I got a lot of C's, D's, and I failed a whole class in my freshman year. Is it possible to get a 3.8 grade point average by my senior year?

Are there any programs that you can go into in the military for basic training in computers? I know some branches offer college courses, but do any have computer classes or training? I'm looking to become an IT or some kind of computer fixer.
