i installed an app on my iphone, after a while my screen froze so i rebooted the phone. now i can't find my app. when i go to the app store it just brings up menus of apps to buy, it doesn't show me my installed app. how do i get to my app??????? help please!!!!!!!

We will be preparing a cold buffet of sandwiches, chicken drumsticks, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, cheese and crackers, quiche, cake etc. for a fund-raising event. We were wondering how to work out the quantity for each item e.g. loaves of bread? Thank-you for any assistance.
