ok so im looking buying some car rims.. they are just a standard silver.. they look faded in some patches.. just gutter scratches i think.. besides that they are in good condition and have no structural problems.. is it possible, if i rub down the rims, to get some sort or spray paint and spray...

I have four white cloud fish together in a tank with a comet goldfish.. im not asking for a lecture about fish tank sizes and how many i should have per litre, etc. etc... im simply wondering what other fish i could put in the tank safely without any extra special needs or eating each other...
