So i have a t-mobile plan with unlimited text messaging but no internet or anything extravagant. My phone has the email and IM apps so i was wondering if email counts as text messaging??? thanks!

for example, if i bike 4 miles would that count as 2 miles running? i'm not sure.. thanks
