Are they pop up or paper? Not that it makes a difference I was just curious.

Anyone have any good recipes? Not to familiar with cooking beef. Also what is a good way to marinade them? I need easy ideas if possible. TY

I'm an E-4 in the Army reserves and just moved to a new unit. My mos is 44C. When I look under my assignment it has position title of Sr instructor/writer. Duty position qualified except for grade Authorized grade SFC Does this make sense? I really don't want to have to find another unit...
