iTunes WILL NOT install an iOS update until it finishes the download of the IPSW file. It also performs a CRC check to confirm the file is not corrupted. There should technically be no way for an overloaded server to affect your install.

I have a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L with Navi. Today I was listening to my 6CD in-dash and I went to switch the CD it made a weird sound and now it is at an error. I can't load CD's or take them out it just says. "ERROR" Does anyone know what this could be before I bring it to the dealer...

Well, they're going ahead with titles like Sola and True Tears, so it's not as bad as that. Geass actually sells very well as shown by IcV2's top 10 list for Q1 2009, so that's not the reason for the delay. They do have issues getting their stuff out lately though, that's for sure.
